Students are required to wear a Plato Academy dress uniform or a Plato Academy gym uniform throughout the school year.
Uniforms – Order Now through Tommy Hilfiger!
Students are required to wear a Plato Academy dress or gym uniform throughout the school year. All new logo items must be purchased from Tommy Hilfiger: https://www.globalschoolwear.com (type in Plato Academy and select our school)
The uniform schedule is as follows:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: PE Uniforms
- Tuesday, Thursday: DRESS Uniforms*
- *Pre-K students are allowed to wear gym uniforms every day
Gym Uniform
Students may wear any burgundy, navy or emerald green plain solid-colored athletic bottoms (pants or shorts) with a Tommy Hilfiger burgundy, navy blue, or hunter green t-shirt (long-sleeve or short-sleeve) with Plato logo. Tops and bottoms must be the same color.
Dress Uniform
Students may wear any plain khaki pants, shorts, skirts or skorts (no cargo) with a Tommy Hilfiger burgundy, white, navy or emerald green polo shirt (long-sleeve or short-sleeve) with the Plato logo. Any sweaters, sweatshirts or jackets worn with uniform in school must have Plato logo. Tights or leggings worn under khaki skirts must be white, black or the same color as shirt.
IMPORTANT
Students should wear gym shoes daily. Please send appropriate clothing (jackets, sweatshirts, etc). Your child is welcome to keep an extra sweater/sweatshirt/jacket here at school as students will be spending a significant amount of time outdoors weather permitting. Please make sure ALL clothing is clearly labeled with your child’s name.
Any sweaters, sweatshirts or jackets worn with uniform IN SCHOOL must have the Plato logo. Your child can wear the same one or two Plato sweater(s), fleece(s), sweatshirt(s), or track jacket(s) every day regardless of their uniform choice so you don’t need to buy one in every color.
NOTE: Any previously purchased uniforms from LandsEnd are still acceptable. We do have a uniform donation room for any uniforms that your children have outgrown and accept any gently used items. Please do not donate items that are stained or have holes. Parents can “shop” the donation room at any time by contacting the school office.
