Robert Cotter, J.D. Class of 2007

Class of 2006
Bobby graduated from Illinois State University in 2015 with a B.A in Secondary Education. He did his student teaching at Roosevelt High School. During college, he was an online sports columnist for The Daily Vidette and later a featured columnist for The Bleacher Report. Bobby was also the 2014 Golden Gloves Champ for his weight class. Bobby was accepted to Northwestern Law School in 2016.  During this time he was a Civil Rights Law Clerk for the Council on American-Islamic relations and for  the United States Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights. He was also the Associate Editor for the Northwestern Journal of Law and Social Policy.
Bobby received a J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in May 2019. He became a Social Policy and Politics Fellow at Third Way, a Washington DC-based think tank whose mission statement is stated below. He later served as Policy Counsel for the Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights in Washington, DC. Bobby is currently Counsel for the States United Democracy Center.

While in Washington,DC, Bobby served as a Policy Analyst for the Young Center for Immigration Children’s Rights. He is currently Counsel for the States United Democracy Center in Chicago.

George Stavros Adams, CPA

Class of 2007  
George attended Northridge Prep High School in Niles, IL and excelled both academically and athletically. He was on the Dean’s list all four years and earned the following honors: National Honors Society, Illinois State Scholar, Debate Nationals, Math Team, Scholar Athlete award, AP Scholar. He was the Salutatorian, graduating second in his class in 2011. George attended the University of Illinois at Urbana where he received a Masters in Accounting Science with a Concentration in Finance. George worked as an Expert Testimony Analyst at Ocean Tomo from 2017-2019 He is currently a Finance and Strategy Associate at The Graph Foundation.

George Theotokatos

Class of 2007
George graduated with honors from St Viator High School.  He received a B.A. in Communications, Advertising, and Public Relations from St. Louis University. He was a member of the Psi Theta Communications Honor Society and a four-year coordinator of Relay for Life. George received a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration at Western Illinois University. He was Assistant Director of Orientation and New Student Programs at Suffolk University in Boston. He then moved back to Chicago and became the Program Coordinator for the Office of Student Involvement at DePaul University.
George is  also a Freelance Graphic Designer conceptualizing  and creating digital and print media for clients across the United States. In February, 2019 George became a Program Manager for Leadership Greater Chicago, a civic leadership development program that immerses promising leaders from the private, nonprofit, and public sectors in the major socioeconomic issues facing the greater Chicago area.  He is currently an Executive Search Consultant at Koya Leadership Partners . George serves on the Plato Academy School Board and is also a member of the Board for the Chicago Chapter of New Leaders Council, a leadership development organization for progressive Millennials. Additionally, he is a member of the Hellenic-American Leadership Council, a national network of Greek American community leaders who have distinguished themselves in American civic life to encourage an active form of citizenship.
